About Us

Our Beginnings

Our firm dates back to 1940 when it was established by Mr. Cliffeious Brock of Mt. Olive, NC. The business was located at 604 McKoy Street in Clinton, just across the street from the former Sampson High School.

In 1972, Harold and Marzella Worley along with Lessie Sampson bought the entire business and ran it at that location until 1979. Recognizing the need for expansion, the business relocated to its present address on Lisbon Street. In 1984, the Worleys became the sole owners. In July of 2015, the name changed from Brock Memorial and Worley Funeral Home, Inc. to Worley Funeral Home, Inc.  Though the name has changed, we continue to provide professional services for all in the community.

Over the years, our dedication has formed a trusting relationship with the community. You can rely on us for sound advice and personal service during difficult times. Our goal is to help families before, during, and after one of the most trying and sometimes stressful times in their lives. We make sure that we meet your individual needs while catering to your budget, without sacrificing quality.
