Funeral service will be held at 1pm, Wednesday, April 16, 2008 at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church, Keener, NC. Burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton, NC.

Mr. Ashford is survived by a WIFE - Angela M. Ashord of Dunn, NC; MOTHER - Nadean Ashford of Dunn, NC; DAUGHTERS - Andrea, Alisa and Jalicia Ashford all of Dunn,NC, and Takisha Williams of Benson, NC; SONS - Alpha Ashford, Jr. of Raleigh, NC, Lamont Murphy andAlvin Ashford both of Dunn, NC, SISTERS - Ester Sampson andSelena Faison of Clinton, NC, Cassandra Fuller and Lavora Richard of Fayetteville, NC and LeatriceHall of Germany; BROTHERS - Wendell Boone of Macon, GA, Terrell Boone of Newton Grove, NC,Barrett and Joseph Ashford both of Dunn, NC, 3 grandchildren.
