Mrs. Carrie Edna Butler-Corbett , 81, of Georgia, formerly of Clinton, NC passed away Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Powder Springs Nursing Home, Powder Springs, GA.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, June 10, 2023 at Union Grove Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, Clinton, NC with Dr. Timothy Peppers officiating.

Interment at Sandhill Cemetery, Clinton, NC.

Mrs. Corbett is survived by DAUGHTER -Dr. Djuna Burks of Marietta, GA; SONS -Jeffrey Corbett of Kennesaw, GA, Herman Corbett of Los Angeles, CA and Scott Corbett of Quincy, MA; SISTERS -Marie Wynn and Donna Moore both of Greensboro, NC, Velma Brown of Houston, TX, Wilma Gerald of Jamestown, NC and Evelyn Wilson of Fayetteville, NC; BROTHERS -Albert Butler, Jr. of East Orange, NJ, Frank Butler of Clinton, NC, Norman Butler of Charlotte, NC, Bruce Butler of Monsey, NY Bryant Butler of Atlanta, GA and Robert Hargrove of Sickleville, NJ; 5 grandchildren and 1 great-grandchild.
