The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Sunday, August 12, 2007, at Cedar Point Disciples Church, Newton Grove, NC . Rev. Harold Boykin, officiating. Burial in Sandhills Cemetery, Clinton, NC.

Mr. Frazier is survived by his WIFE -Grace Frazier of the home, DAUGHTER -Sharron Frazier of Washington, DC, SON- David D Frazier of Washington, DC, MOTHER -Katherine Hargrove of Clinton, NC, SISTER -Shirley King of Clinton, NC, BROTHERS -Thad Frazier of Los Angeles, CA, James Frazier of Staten Island, NY, five grandchildren.
