Mrs. Florence J. McIntosh , 74, of 117 Martin Luther King,Jr. Blvd., passed away Monday, September 17, 2018 at LifeCare Hospitals, Rocky Mount, NC.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, September 28, 2018 at Lisbon Street Missionary Baptist Church, with Rev. Ernest Fryar officiating .

The burial in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. McIntosh is survived by her HUSBAND -James Calvin McIntosh of Raleigh, NC; MOTHER -Girlie Underwood Mainor of Clinton, NC; FATHER -Bernard L. Johnson of Richmond, VA; DAUGHTERS -Stephanie McIntosh of Clinton, NC, Sonya Porter of Lawton, OK; SON -Calvin McIntosh of Atlanta, GA; SISTERS -Carol Cox of Clinton, NC, Linda Faison of Columbia, SC; BROTHERS -Andre' Underwood of Elizabethon, TN, Phillip Stone of Richmond, VA, Rev. Thaddeus Godwin of Clinton, NC; 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren .
