Mrs. Gennie M. Owens , 83, of 173 Livingston Lane, Clinton, NC passed away Sunday, October 11, 2026 at home.

The funeral will be held at 12 p.m., Saturday, October 17, 2026 at Snow Hill Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. S. E. Bryant officiating .

The interment will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park.

Mrs. Owens is survived by her DAUGHTER -Rosetta Owens of Clinton, NC; SONS -Betronnie Williams of Manassas, VA, Willie Williams of Greensboro, NC, Richard Williams of Eljin, SC; SISTERS -Peggy Jean Coleman of New Windsor, NY, Geraldine Howard and Alice M. Oates both of Newburg, NY, Rosa Mitchell of Brooklyn, NY; BROTHERS -Henry Oates of Fayetteville, NC, Bennie Oates of Elgin, SC, Ronnie Oates of Sanford, NC; 10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren .
