Mr. Harold Best , 64, of 120 Southwood Drive, passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at Cape Fear Valley Health System, Fayetteville, NC.
The memorial service will be held at 1 p.m.,Saturday, February 10, 2018 at the Funeral Home.
Mr. Best is survived by his SISTER -Mattie Best of Syracuse, NY; BROTHERS -David A. Kirby of Lumberton, NC and Marvin Smith, Jr.
There will be no public viewing.
