Mrs. Hattie Mae Damon , 81, of Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Clinton, NC, died Saturday at King Brook Jewish Hospital, Brooklyn, NY.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Friday, August 7, 2009, at Little Piney Grove Baptist Church, Clinton, NC. Rev. Harold Boykin officiating. Burial in Church Cemetery.

Mrs. Damon is survived by DAUGHTERS -Bernice Damon of Turkey (Waycross), NC, Vernell D. King and Kay Francis Damon both of Brooklyn, NY, SISTERS -Willie Mae Bryant, of Durham, NC, Hilestine Dawson of Autryville, NC and Elease Damon of Kenansville, NC, BROTHERS -Joe Lewis Damon of Brooklyn, NY and Moses Damon of Dillon, SC, 5 grandchildren .
