Mrs. Hattie Mae Stevens , 69, of 181 J. S. Stevens Lane, Turkey, NC, died Thursday at The Carrol S. Roberson Hospice Center, Fayetteville, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Saturday, April 4, 2009, at Greater Six Runs Missionary Baptist Church, Turkey, NC . Rev. Leslie Morrisey officiating. Burial in Morrisey Cemetery, Turkey, NC.

Mrs. Stevens is survived by HUSBAND -Sonnie Stevens of the home, DAUGHTER -Jean Joyner of Faison, NC; SONS -Sonnie Lee Stevens of OH and Randolph Stevens of TX; SISTERS -Mattie Murphy of Fayetteville, NC, Bertha Underwood of Washington, DC, Sadie Clement and Mary Hill both of Winston-Salem, NC, Deloris Conly of CT, Dorothy Burrell of Waycross, NC, Gwenola Brown of Kernersville, NC; BROTHERS -James Underwood of Washington, DC and Kenneth Underwood of Winston-Salem, NC; 4 grandchildren and one great grandchild.
