Mrs. Helen Louise (Atkinson) Merritt, 87, of 1012 S. Clairborne Street, Goldsboro, NC passed away Monday, March 14, 2022 in Selma, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 12pm, Monday, March 21, 2022 at White Oak Disciples of Christ Church, Newton Grove, NC with Bishop Charles Williams, Sr. officiating.

Burial in Littlefield Cemetery, Newton Grove, NC.

Mrs. Merritt is survived by HUSBAND -Evaster Merritt of the home; SISTER -Grace Benns of Mitchellville, MD; BROTHER -Howard Glen Atkinson of Hampton, VA; 2 grandchildren.
