Mr. Jerry Thomas Thompson , 60, of New York, formerly of Clinton, passed away on Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Interfaith Medical Center, Brooklyn, NY.

The funeral service will be held at 12pm, Saturday, June 24, 2017 at Worley Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Alice Dayter officiating.

Burial in Sandhill Cemetery,Clinton, N.C.

Mr. Thompson is survived by DAUGHTER - Jessica Simmons of Fayetteville, N.C.; SONS - Charon Baines of Aberdeen, M.D.,Jerry Baines of Brooklyn, N.Y.,Ronmel Baines of Brooklyn, N.Y.,Jeremiah Liptok of Clinton, N.C.; SISTERS - Mary Thompson of Clinton,N.C.,Alice Dayter of Berne, N.Y.,Cora Evans of Clinton, N.C.,Katrina Evans of Brooklyn, N.Y.; BROTHERS - Robert Thompson of Albany, N.Y.,Perry Thompson of Waterburry, C.T.,Jerome Thompson of Queens , N.Y.,Keith Evans of Newton Grove, N.C.,Kenneth Evans of Clinton,N.C., fifteen grandchildren.
