Mrs. Joann Harris McCalop , 78, of 407 East Powell Street, Clinton, NC, passed away Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at home.

The funeral service will be held at 11am, Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Lisbon St. Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton, NC with Rev. Dr. Thaddeus Godwin, Sr. officiating.

Interment in Sandhill Cemetery, Clinton, NC.

Mrs. McCalop is survived by HUSBAND -Leslie Donald McCalop of the home; DAUGHTER -Leslie JoVon (Gina) Upshaw-McCalop of Philadelphia, PA; SISTER -Hannah Yvonne Jones of Clinton, NC; BROTHER -Calvin (Elister) Harris of Fayetteville, NC; 2 grandchildren.
