TSgt. John Raymond Vann , 75 of 305-A Fourth Street, Clinton, NC passed away on Sunday, July 1, 2018 at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Union Star Original FWB Church with Rev. Elwood McPhail and Rev. Anthony Vann officiating.

Burial with full military honors will be held at 10am, Monday, July 9th at Eastern Carolina State Veterans Cemetery, Goldsboro, NC.

Mr. Vann is survived by his DAUGHTER -Lori Merritt of Douglasville, GA; SISTER -Estella Mathis of Clinton, NC; BROTHERS -Alton Vann and Oliver Vann both of Clinton, NC.
