Mr. Joseph Lee Phillips , 52, of Wilmington, NC, formerly of Salemburg, NC, passed away Sunday, May 18, 2025, at New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, June 1, 2025, in the Funeral Home Chapel with Apostle Marcus Becton officiating.

The interment will follow in Springvale Cemetery.
