Miss Kayleigh Middlebrooks , 9, of 415 Butler Drive, Clinton, NC, died Thursday at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, Clinton, NC. Minister Renita Butts officiating. Burial at Hillcrest Memorial Park, Clinton, NC.

Kayleigh is survived by PARENTS -Deidre Miller of the home and Thaddeus Henry, Jr. of Roseboro, NC; SISTERS -Ja-Dai Wilson and Jordan Wilson both of the home; BROTHERS -Frank Wilson, III and Ja'Vier Wilson both of the home; MATERNAL GRANDPARENTS -Edith Best Cox of Fayetteville, NC and Paul Middlebrooks of Newnan, GA; PATERNAL GRANDFATHER -Thaddeus Henry, Sr. of Roseboro, NC.
