The funeral service will be held at 11am, Friday, August 14, 2009, at Brock Memorial and Worley Funeral Home, Clinton . Rev. Bernard Spates officiating. Burial in Sandhills Cemetery, Clinton.

Mr. Best is survived by MOTHER -Gladys Herring of Roseboro, NC, DAUGHTERS -Tishema Miller of Bowie, MD, Jocelyn Best of Hampton, VA, and Chenanah Best of Suitland, MD, SISTER -Leila ""Sweetie"" Best of Roseboro, NC, BROTHER -Raynard Herring of Norfolk, VA, 6 grandchildren.
