Mr. Marvin Lee Becton, Sr., 73, of Magnolia, NC, passed away Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Wake Medical Center, Raleigh, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 11am, Thursday, March 30, 2017 at Worley Funeral Home Chapel with Apostle Marcus Becton officiating. Burial in Becton Memorial Gardens, Magnolia, NC.

Mr. Becton is survived by DAUGHTER -Kizzy Chestnutt of Turkey, NC; SONS -Marvin Becton, Jr. and Joseph Becton both of Magnolia, NC, Reginald Becton of Turkey, NC, Ronnie Carr and Melvin Carr both of Garland, NC; SISTERS -Gladys Best Brown of Goldsboro, NC, Annie Wilkins of Jacksonville, NC, Mildred Merritt of Clinton, NC and Flora Carr of Magnolia, NC; BROTHERS -James Becton and Leamon Becton both of Magnolia, NC, Charlie Becton, Jr. of Turkey, NC and Rudolph Becton of Warsaw, NC; 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
