Mrs. Mildred Estelle Merritt , 86, of 555 Peg Leg Road, Magnolia, NC passed away Friday, August 21, 2020 at home.

The graveside service will be held at 1pm, Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Becton Memorial Garden, Magnolia, NC (Waycross Community) with Apostle Marcus Becton officiating.

Mrs. Merritt is survived by DAUGHTERS -Nancy Mathis of Magnolia, NC and Mary Barden of Clinton, NC; SON -Andrew Barden of Magnolia, NC (Waycross Community); SISTERS -Gladys Best of Maryland, Annie Wilkerson of Jacksonville, NC and Flora Carr of Magnolia, NC (Waycross Community); BROTHERS -James Becton and Leamon Becton both of Magnolia, NC (Waycross Community), Charlie Becton, Jr. of Turkey, NC and Rudolph Becton of Warsaw, NC; 5 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
