Mr. Raphel Smith , Sr., 70, of400 E. Butler Ave.,died Tuesday at Southwood Nursing Center.

The funeral will be held at 2pm, Monday, March 19, 2012 at Union Grove Church of Christ, Clinton, NC with Elder Davon Smith officiating. Burial in Sandhill Cemetery.

Mr. Smith is survived by WIFE -Pearline Smith of the home; DAUGHTERS -Mable Smith, Annette Smith and Berline Smith all of Clinton, NC, Patricia Owens of Port Tobacco, MD and Patricia Smith of Brooklyn, NY; SONS -Raphel Smith, Jr. and Robert Smith both of Clinton, NC; BROTHER -Charlie Smith of Brooklyn, NY; 16 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren .
