Mr. Howe, Sr. is survived by his DAUGHTER -Roxanne Howe of the home; SON -Patrick M. (Heidi) Howe of Ballston Spa, NY; a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mr. Howe, Sr. is predeceased by his mother and father; two brothers, Arthur and James; wife, Mary Howe and son, Raymond L. Howe, Jr.
