Mrs. Rommie Bookurn Johnson , 93, of 120 Southwood Drive, Clinton, NC, died Wednesday at UNC Hospitals, Chapel Hill, NC.

The funeral service will be held at 2pm, Sunday, July 18, 2010 at Union Grove Disciples of Christ Church, Clinton, NC. Dr. Timothy Peppers officiating. Burial in Sandhills Cemetery, Clinton, NC.

Mrs. Johnson is survived by DAUGHTERS -Gethney Hill of Faison, NC and Jean Kinsey of GA; SONS -James C. Johnson of Garland, NC and Jimmy ""Jai"" Johnson of Bowie, MD; 11 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
