Mr. Roy James Smith, Sr. 73 of 390 Cornwallis Road, Turkey, NC passed away on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at home.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Friday, February 16, 2024 at Greater Six Runs Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. James Jackson officiating.

The burial will follow in Hillcrest Memorial Park with Military Honors.

Mr. Smith is survived by his SONS -Roy James Smith, Jr. of Albany, NY and Lamar Demond Smith of Clinton, NC; DAUGHTER -Tajia Farrior of Mt. Olive, NC; SISTERS -Mary Womack of Clinton, NC and Eva Mae Taylor of Turkey, NC; BROTHER -William Smith of Albany, NY; 7 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren.
