Ms. Shirley Louise King Monk , 69 of 424 D McKoy Street, Clinton, NC passed away on Saturday, June 23, 2018 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Goldsboro, NC.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m., Saturday, June 30, 2018 at Union Star Original FWB Church with Bishop James Leftdwrige officiating .

Burial in Sandhill Cemetery.

Ms. Monk is survived by her DAUGHTER -Shirlene Best of Clinton, NC; SONS -Gregory Best of Henderson, NC and Erick Monk of Laurinburg, NC; SISTERS -Callie James of Fayetteville, NC and Evelyn Sanders of Benson, NC; BROTHER -Tom Rivers of Washington, DC; one grandchild .
