Mrs. Teresa M. "TC" Rattley-Spell, 51, of 42 Idlewood Lane, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024 at New Handover Hospital, Wilmington, NC.

The funeral will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, February 24, 2024 at New Life Outreach Ministries with Rev. Leonard Henry officiating.

The burial will follow in Sandhill Cemetery.

Mrs. Spell is survived by her DAUGHTERS -Jenise McLamb, Hakeema Fennell and Whitney Taylor all of Clinton, NC; SISTERS -Dianne Royal-Taylor of Potomac, MD, Paris White and Denise West both of Clinton, NC; BROTHERS -Jimmy Royal of Clinton, NC, Kenneth Howell of Houston, TX, Vernon L. Royal, Sr. of Clinton, NC; 5 grandchildren .
