The funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2017 at Wilson Chapel MBC, 4867 New Hope Church Road, Turkey, NC with Rev. Wendell Newton officiating.Burial in Devotional Gardens, Warsaw, NC.

Mrs. McNeill is survived by her HUSBAND -Richard McNeil of the home; DAUGHTERS -Amberly McNeill of Red Springs, NC and Faith McNeill of the home; SON -Richard McNeill, Jr. of the home; PARENTS -Macio & Delphine Carlton, Jr. of Magnolia; SISTER -Sonya Carlton of Fayetteville, NC; BROTHE R-Macio Carlton, III of Raleigh, NC.
