Mrs. Vennie Sinclair Underwood , 90, of 36 Kent Circle, Clinton, NC died Wednesday at Sampson Regional Medical Center, Clinton.

The funeral service will be held at 3pm, Sunday, March 29, 2009, at First Baptist Church of Roseboro, NC. Rev. John T. Oliver officiating. Burial in Sandhills Cemetery, Clinton, NC.

Mrs. Underwood is survived by DAUGHTERS -Lula Terry of Miami FL, Ida Jones and Vennie Denise Underwood both of Clinton, NC, SONS -Arthur L. Underwood, Raymond Underwood, and Ricky Underwood all of Clinton, NC, 27 Grandchildren, 47 Great grandchildren, and 10 Great-great grandchildren.
